60 year old woman who is s/p full abdominal liposuction . She is seen here only 8 weeks post op. She said she feels great and more motivated.

Case 16 • Liposuction

50-year-old who underwent liposuction of the abdomen and flanks 6 months ago. Although she still has some skin laxity, she is very happy as she can fit into her clothes better and feels better overall.

Patient is 3 months s/p liposuction of the abdomen and flanks. She was very small to begin with but is happy to get rid of any excess fat in her abdomen and flanks.

Case 14 • Liposuction • Panniculectomy

57-year-old who is 6 months s/p Panniculectomy and Liposuction of the full abdomen. The patient had a seroma complication after the surgery and a Penrose gravity drain was placed. You can still see a small pucker at the drain site in the lower abdomen, but the patient said it was all worth it and is so happy with her new figure.

This 29 year old female felt that her arms were too jiggly after she experienced some fluctuation in weight. At 2 months post-op the patient is pleased with the tone and shape of her arms.

A 28 year old male who experienced a plateau in his weight loss and expressed that he has been having issues losing the extra weight in his midsection. After the removal of bulk, this patient was left with skin laxity, especially some that hangs over the umbilicus. Patient is never the less pleased with his results.
